It has incredible and perfect location to see a landscaped park. And it's nestled in a neat building short walk to town centre and cricket ground, the beach and peasholm park, and the sea front, Peasholme Park and Scarborough Open Air Theatre.

The staff were all helpful, amiable. The location was fantastic for traveling around Scarborough, just next door to the centre of Scarborough and the beach and peasholm park. Besides, it was 10 mins walk from North Bay.
Shame the bathroom was shabby.

Everything was good, very good service, magnificent location close enough to the sea front, Peasholme Park and Scarborough Open Air Theatre, the beach and Scarborough Open Air Theatre. I appreciated the en suite room, and the nice view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, like a cloud.
